Bu ilin birinci yarısında Azərbaycanda bütün maliyyə mənbələri hesabına ümumi sahəsi 946,4 min kvadrat metr və ya ötən ilin müvafiq dövrü ilə müqayisədə 12,9 faiz çox yeni yaşayış evləri tikilib istifadəyə verilib.

Qaynarinfo Dövlət Statistika Komitəsinə istinadən xəbər verir ki, yanvar-iyun aylarında mənzil tikintisində istifadə edilmiş vəsaitin həcmi 463,8 milyon manat olub. Onun 89,3 milyon manatı dövlət, 374,5 milyon manatı isə qeyri-dövlət mülkiyyətində olan müəssisə və təşkilatların, habelə əhalinin payına düşüb.

Ölkə vətəndaşları mənzil şəraitlərinin yaxşılaşdırması məqsədilə şəxsi vəsaitləri hesabına 6,0 min yaşayış evi tikiblər, onların əksəriyyəti Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikasında, Bakı və Sumqayıt şəhərlərində, Masallı, Tovuz, Qazax, Abşeron, Qəbələ, Şəmkir və Cəlilabad rayonlarında inşa edilib.
