Azərbaycan Dövlət Mədəniyyət Universitetində (ADMİU) işləyən 5 nəfər müəllimin rəhbərlik tərəfindən əsassız olaraq əmək müqaviləsinə xitam verilməsi ilə bağlı məlumat yayılıb.

Axar.az-a daxil olan məlumata görə, universitetə qarşı sürülən əsaslı iddialardan sonra məhkəmədən əvvəl müəllimlərin 4-ü ilə razılıq əldə olunub.

Bakı Apellyasiya Məhkəməsinin qərarı ilə ADMİU rəhbərliyi 40 ildən çox elmi təcrübəsi olan digər müəllimi işinə geri qaytarmağa məcbur olub. Nəticədə, Dövlət Əmək Müfəttişliyinin və məhkəmənin qərarı ilə universitet rəhbərliyi əmək müqaviləsinə xitam verərkən yol verdiyi qanun pozuntusuna görə 1500 manat məbləğində cərimə olunub.

Məsələ ilə bağlı ADMİU suallara cavab verilməyib.
