"Aprel ayının 1-dən bu günədək avtomobil yollarında xüsusi karantin rejiminin pozulmasına görə 6945 hərəkət iştirakçısı inzibati məsuliyyətə cəlb edilib".

Bunu Azərbaycan Televiziyasının "Evdə qal" verilişində Bakı Dövlət Yol Polisi İdarəsinin şöbə rəisi Kamran Əliyev deyib.

Şöbə rəisi bildirib ki, inzibati məsuliyyət İnzibati Xəttalara Məcəlləsinin 211-ci maddəsinə müvafiq olaraq tətbiq edilir. Həmin maddədə göstərilir ki, fiziki şəxslər karantin rejiminin pozulmasına görə, 100 manatdan 200 manatadək, vəzifəli şəxslər 1500 manatdan 2000 manatadək, hüquqi şəxslər isə 2000 manatdan 5000 manatadək cərimə olunur.

Lakin fiziki şəxslərlə vəzifəli şəxslərin cəza sanksiyasında inzibati xətanın mahiyyəti, onu törədənin şəxsiyyəti nəzərə alınmaqla bir ayadək müddətə məhkəmə tərəfindən inzibati həbs cəzası da verilir:

"Eləcə də əgər həmin şəxsin eyni əməli digər şəxslərin yoluxmasına səbəb olarsa, bu halda, həmin şəxs cinayət məsuliyyəti daşıyır və o, artıq Cinayət Məcəlləsinin 39-1-ci maddəsinə müvafiq olaraq onun azadlığı ya 3 il müddətinə məhdudlaşdırılır və ya o, 3 ilədək azadlıqdan məhrum edilir".
