"Böyük Bakının Regional İnkişaf Planı” artıq tərtib olunub. Son dövrdə şəhərin mərkəzində yeni binaların tikilməməsi, müəyyən tikinti işlərinin şəhərdən kənara çıxarılması "Bakının Baş Planı” ilə əlaqədardır.

Qaynarinfo xəbər verir ki, bunu modern.az-a açıqlamasında Milli Məclisin Regional məsələlər komitəsinin üzvü Tahir Rzayev deyib.

Deputat bildirib ki, "Sovetski”də və başqa yerlərdə evlərin, kiçik binaların sökülməsi "Bakının Baş Planı” ilə əlaqədardır.

"Bakının Baş Planı” nda şəhərin yaşıllaşdırılması, yeni parkların salınması, binaların tikilməsi nəzərdə tutulub. Artıq bu istiqamətdə işlər aparılır. Hər bir ölkədə şəhərin Baş Planı olmalıdır. Baş Plan olmadan şəhərin salınması çox çətindir. Çünki Baş Planın olmaması insanlar üçün problemlər yaradır. Nəqliyyat sahəsində problemlərin aradan qalıdırlması, yaşıllıqların salınması və bağçaların tikilməsi üçün mütləq Baş Plan olmalıdır”.

Qeyd edək ki, "Böyük Bakının Regional İnkişaf Planı”layihəsinin istinad tarixi 1 yanvar 2011-ci il götürülməklə hesabat müddəti 2030-cu il qəbul edilib.
