"Qaynarinfo" report-a istinadən xəbər verir ki, bunu Rusiyanın keçmiş maliyyə naziri, hazırda Strateji Araşdırmalar Mərkəzinin rəhbəri olan Aleksey Kudrin "Voprosı ekonomiki" adlı jurnalda çap olunan məqaləsində bildirib.

Kudrin 2018-2020-ci illərin büdcə layihəsi ilə razılaşmadığını qeyd edərək bildirib ki, bu, çox sərt büdcədir və xərcləri məhdudlaşdırır. Keçmiş nazir yeni büdcə layihəsində neftin baza qiymətinin 40 dollar/bareldən 45 dollar/barelə qaldırılmasını təklif edib. Kudrin bununla yanaşı özəlləşdirmənin sürətləndirilməsi və buradan daxil olan vəsaitin ÜDM-in 0,5%-nə çatdırılmasını məsləhət görür.

Qeyd edək ki, analitiklər Rusiya iqtisadiyyatında staqnasiyanın uzun müddət davam edəcəyini yekdilliklə qəbul edirlər. Yaxın 3 ildə orta iqtisadi artım tempinin 1,6%, 6 ildə isə 1,5% olacağı proqnozlaşdırılır.

A.Kudrin büdcə xərclərinin artırılaraq struktur islahatları və insan kapitalına yatırımlara xərclənməməsi durumunda, yaxın illərdə sosial öhdəliklərə xərclərin azaldılması ilə nəticələnəcəyini düşünür.
