Çuvaşiyanın keçmiş rəhbəri Mixail İqnatyev səlahiyyətlərinin vaxtından əvvəl dayandırılması barədə prezident sərəncamına etiraz etmək üçün Ali Məhkəmədə iddia qaldırıb.

Qaynarinfo RBC-ya istinadla xəbər verir ki, məhkəmə iddianı mayın 21-də icraata qəbul edib.

İddiaçı, Prezident Vladimir Putinin 01.29.2020 tarixli 68 saylı "Çuvaş Respublikası rəhbərinin səlahiyyətlərinə vaxtından əvvəl son verilməsi haqqında" fərmanını mübahisələndirib.

Xatırladaq ki, İqnatyev ilk dəfə hökuməti tənqid edən jurnalistlərin "çırpılmasına" çağırış etdiyi zaman "günahlandırılıb". Bundan sonra o, EMERCOM zabitinə yeni xidməti yanğınsöndürən avtomobilin açarlarını təqdim edərkən atılıb-düşməyə məcbur edib. Yanvarın 28-də bölgə rəhbəri "Vahid Rusiya” partiyasından qovulub, ertəsi gün isə Putin onu "etibarın itirilməsinə görə" bölgənin rəhbəri vəzifəsindən azad edib.

Ali Məhkəmə Çuvaşiyanın keçmiş başçısı Mixail İqnatyevin əlavə sosial təminatların verilməsi tələbiylə bağlı Rusiya Federasiyasının Prezidentinə qarşı qaldırdığı iddia ərizəsini geri qaytarıb. Bununıla belə, mayın 21-də məhkəmə İqnatievin keçmiş bölgə rəhbərinin səlahiyyətlərinin vaxtından əvvəl ləğvi ilə bağlı prezident sərəncamına qarşı iddiasının mübahisələndirmə hissəsini qəbul edib.
