Rusiya XİN növbəti anti-Azərbaycan bəyanatı ilə çıxış edərək, ölkə vətəndaşlarına Azərbaycana səfər etməyi məsləhət görməyib. Səbəb kimi Azərbaycanın erməni əsilli Rusiya vətəndaşlarına ölkəyə girişə icazə verməməsi göstərilir.

"Azərbaycanın sərhəd xidməti birbaşa və ya dolayı olaraq erməni millətinə aidiyyat əlamətləri olan şəxsləri, vətəndaşlığından asılı olmayaraq, ölkə ərazisinə buraxmaqdan imtina etməkdə davam edir. Səbəb kimi bu cür şəxslərin təhlükəsizliklərinin təminatının mümkünsüzlüyü göstərilir. Azərbaycan Respublikasına gələn Rusiya Federasiyası vətəndaşlarının ernik əlamətinə görə ayrıseçkiliyə məruz qalmalarının yolverilməzıliyi haqqında Rusiya tərəfinin Azərbaycan tərəfinə dəfələrlə etdiyi müraciətlər cavabsız qalır”, - Rusiya XİN-in saytında dərc edilmiş bəyanatda bildirilir.

Məlumatda deyilir ki, bu xüsusatlar nəzərə alınaraq XİN Rusiya vətəndaşlarına Azərbaycana səfərləri planlaşdırarkən "mümkün riskləri hərtərəfli ölçüb-biçməyi” təkidlə tövsiyə edir.

Qeyd edək ki, Rusiya XİN, ələlxüsus da qurumun mətbuat katibi Mariya Zaxarova ənənəvi olaraq ermənipərəst mövqedən çıxış edir. Rusiya XİN-in rəsmi nümayəndəsi həmçinin mütəmadi olaraq Ermənistan tərəfindən Azərbaycan vətəndaşlarının hüquqlarının pozulmasını qulaqardına vuraraq, ermənilərə girişə qadağa qoyulduğu üçün Azərbaycan tərəfinin ünvanına tənqidi fikirlər səsləndirir.
