Qaynarinfo-nun məlumatına görə, iclasda ikinci turdan təxirə salınan və sumqayıtlıların minimalhesablı qələbəsi ilə "Sumqayıt" - "Sabah" matçında yol verilən qayda pozuntularına dair aşağıdakı qərarlar qəbul olunub.

"Sumqayıt” – "Sabah” oyununda "Sumqayıt” klubunun 4 futbolçusu sarı vərəqə aldığına görə "Sumqayıt” klubu 700 manat cərimə edilir (maddə 37);

"Sumqayıt” – "Sabah” oyununun 90+4-cü dəqiqəsində "Sabah” klubunun baş məşqçisi Murad Musayev ikinci sarıdan qırmızı vərəqə aldığına görə 1 oyun, həmçinin 24.08.2023-cü il tarixində təyin edilmiş 3 aylıq sınaq müddəti başa çatmamış növbəti dəfə qırmızı vərəqə ilə cəzalandığına görə həmin tarixdə verilmiş 1 oyunluq şərti cəza üzərinə əlavə edilməklə ümumilikdə 2 oyun cəzalanır, "Sabah” klubu 1000 manat cərimə edilir (maddə 42.4, 32)
