Qaynarinfo xəbər verir ki, Rusiyanın Sankt-Peterburq şəhərində anadan olan 63 yaşlı Konstatin Nizami Rayon Məhkəməsində Cinayət Məcəlləsinin 177.2.5-ci (Oğurluq - zərərçəkmiş şəxsin üzərindən, cibindən, çantasından və ya digər əl yükündən çıxarılmaqla törədildikdə) maddəsi ilə mühakimə edilib.

Hakim Nigar Qədirlinin çıxardığı hökmə əsasən ona 2 il 8 ay müddətinə azadlıqdan məhrumetmə cəzası təyin olunub.

İş materiallarından aydın olur ki, Konstatin cinayəti "Koroğlu” və "Qara Qarayev” statnsiyalarında həyata keçirib.
