Ailə, Qadın və Uşaq Problemləri üzrə Dövlət Komitəsi Kürdəmir rayonunun Muradxan kəndində 8-ci sinif şagirdinin ərə verilməsi ilə bağlı yayılan məlumatlarla əlaqədar olaraq araşdırmalara başlayıb.

Bu barədə İqtisadiyyat.az-ın sorğusuna cavab olaraq Dövlət Komitəsinin mətbuat katibi Teymur Mərdanoğlu məlumat verib.

Onun sözlərinə görə, evliliyə cəlb olunduğu iddia edilən hər iki şəxsin valideynləri Kürdəmir Rayon Polis Şöbəsinə dəvət olunub.

Araşdırmalar zamanı məktəbli qızın ərə verilməsi faktı təsdiqini tapmayıb: "Sadəcə olaraq ailələrin övladları üçün kiçik nişan mərasimi təşkil etdikləri məlum olub və valideynlər qanunla nəzərdə tutulmuş yaş həddinə çatdıqdan sonra onların toy mərasiminin keçiriləcəyini bildiriblər".

T.Mərdanoğlu bununla yanaşı bildirib ki, yetkinlik yaşına çatmayan şəxsin ailə qurmasına cəlb edilməsinin yolverilməzliyi və qanunla qadağan olunduğunu hər iki şəxsin valideynlərinin diqqətinə çatdırıldığını söyləyib.

Dövlət Komitəsinin sözçüsü məktəbli qızın hazırda dərslərinə davam etdiyini vurğulayıb.

O həmçinin əlavə edib ki, məsələ ilə bağlı Kürdəmir Rayon İcra Hakimiyyəti yanında Yetkinlik Yaşına çatmayanların işləri və hüquqlarının müdafiəsi üzrə komissiyanın iclası nəzərdə tutulub.
