Əmlak satışı üzrə videobloger Tural Əfəndi deyir ki, vətəndaşların daşınmaz əmlaka yatırım kimi baxması qiymətləri bahalaşdırıb. Onun sözlərinə görə, bu gün ev alanların böyük əksəriyyəti bir neçə mənzili olan insanlardır. Onlar da bu mənzilləri ya kirayə vermək üçün, ya da gələcəkdə satmaq üçün nəzərdə tutub.

Tural Əfəndinin sözlərinə görə, təmirli mənzillər təmirsizlərə nisbətən daha tez satıldığından satışa daha çox hazır mənzillər təklif olunur. Lakin bu hal satışa təsir etmir. Çünki təmirli mənzillərə də alıcı tapılmır. Bir zamanlar dəbdəbənin simvoluna çevrilmiş milyonlarla manat qiyməti olan bahalı bağ evlərinin satışı da aylardır dayanıb.

Əmlak satışı üzrə videobloger deyir ki, qarşıdakı aylardan bazarda canlanma gözlənilir. Çünki adətən yazın gəlişi ilə bazardakı durğunluq aradan qalxır.
